Snoqualmie to White Pass

We did 11 miles after leaving Pongo at the trailhead. Thanks again Pongo for everything! The next morning was rough for Dangit- her left foot has been hurting since she stubbed her pinky toe coming into Snoqualmie. We did 18.5 miles and camped with Patches and the Governor, our fellow flip-floppers, by Tacoma Pass. We passed tons of ultra runners who were doing a 100 mile trail run. Crazy pants! We enjoyed some trail magic at the end of the night which was amazing. Woohoo for trail magic. :) The night ended with Patches and Gov sharing funny stories from the AT last year.
22.5 miles the next day-- the views are so beautiful. We stopped at Urich Cabin, got some trail magic and waited until the rain stopped then camped by a creek with Patches and Gov.
No rain the next day- only sunshine! Mount Ranier surprised us just around a corner... We shall share some pictures in the future. Our friends Katie and Josef might meet up with us at Trout Lake... We are so excited!!! We made camp at Dewey Lake, which definitely sounds like it could be a wet night. :)
We both haven't been sleeping too awesome but it hasn't messed with our daily mileage. We did 24 miles to White Pass and met Chef and Jerry Can, Pop Up Angels who pop up near the trail to make delicious food. Seriously the best pancakes we've EVER had. Our plan is to hang out for the day and head out before dark.
